Order Priority

If workers are shared between FIFO and LIFO TaskQueues, then  ́Order Priority ́ determines whether to prioritize the FIFO or LIFO TaskQueues first. Multitasking

Multitasking

Multitasking allows workers to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You can control each worker’s capacity for tasks of different types.
(Recommended) Multitasking is enabled for this workspace. Each worker will be eligible to receive parallel reservations up to the per-channel maximums defined in the Workers section.
DISABLED Multitasking is disabled. Each worker will only receive a new reservation when the previous task is completed. EVENT


Event Callbacks


TaskRouter generates events for each state change in the Workspace. The JavaScript SDK natively allows you to subscribe to these events in a front-end application. Event callbacks are a server-side alternative to intercept and respond to these events.
